- Step 2: On reaching the homepage, look for the ‘Apply for Rooftop Solar’ and click on it.
- Step 3: Enter your mobile number in the provided section and generate an OTP.
- Step 4: Select your State District, and electricity distribution company.
- Step 5: Now enter your customer account number, consumer name, and email ID, and click on ‘next’.
- Step 6: Moving forward, enter the mandatory details on the ‘Apply for Rooftop Solar Installation’ form, upload the documents, and click on ‘submit’ to submit the form.
- Step 7: After applying for the benefit, wait for the feasibility approval from DISCOM. You can get the plant installed by any of the registered vendors in your DISCOM after it gets approved.
- Step 8: Once the installation is over, submit the plant details and apply for a net meter.
- Step 9: Later, a commissioning certificate will generated from the portal after the installation of the net meter.
- Step 10: After you get the commissioning report, you are able to submit your bank details, and a cancelled cheque through the portal. Now, you are eligible to receive your subsidy via direct deposit within 30 days.
