Assam TET Exam 2025 Notification
The SEBA is about to release the notice at the start of September 2024. As of now, there is no clarification regarding the Assam TET Exam at the official website but as per the official sources, the tentative dates for the TET Exams are to be announced soon.
The TET Exam for 2024 is already delayed but now there will be much delay in the final exams for the candidates. Till the notice is issued by the education department, the candidates are advised to check out the syllabus and start preparing without much because once the exams are announced, it will not take longer to be conducted.
There are not any fixed number of attempts for the candidates so you can attempt as many as you want until you reach the maximum age limit.
Assam TET Exam Eligibility Criteria for 2024

- The individual candidate does not have any criminal record against himself or herself
- Have reached the age of 18 at least and cannot be more than 43 years of age that too when having age relaxations in categories other than general
- Must have passed out in graduation with at least 50% percentage points in BA, B.Sc., or B.Com.
- Have a minimum qualifying percentage of 50% percentage points in B.Ed. or BT in Hindi, Arabic, Sanskrit, Urdu, Assamese, Nepali, Manipuri, and Persian
- The PWD candidates have 10 years of age relaxation while SC/ST category candidates have 5 years of age relaxation and the OBC category candidates have 3.
The candidates who belong to other categories than general will get age relaxation and will need a lesser passing percentage in their graduation than the candidate of the general category needs.
Assam TET Exam Date for 2024
The Assam TET exams are possibly going to be conducted in October or November 2024. The department has not issued official tentative dates for the exams but the students can expect the TET to be conducted by the end of October 2024 or most possibly at the beginning of November 2024.
